After shaving: rub some drops into your skin with your hand palm & gently massage shaved area. Allow to seep in & dry naturally—it will dry quickly!

For heels: After bathing (exfoliate feet during bathing), rub oil generously into cracked heels. If you must wear socks (during sleeping or in winter), put on clean, soft cotton socks. Can also be applied to toes & nails to keep them moisturized.

For sunburn: massage oil into skin & allow it to work overnight. The argan will tremendously & quickly help heal & repair the skin.

For massage: apply to skin prior to massage. Works especially well after a warm bath/shower before starting massage. The non-greasiness of argan leaves no residue or oily marks on skin, but simply softens. The argan simultaneously relieves joint pain, soothes sore muscles, relaxes the spine, and improves firmness & elasticity.

For stretch marks: Stretch marks are formed when skin is stretched beyond normal limits from pregnancy, puberty or weight gain. Argan oil is rich in tocopherols and fatty acids which are highly potent in improving cell regeneration and protecting from free radical damage. This increases skin elasticity to make it firm enough to resist excessive stretching. In addition, argan also reduces discoloration caused by stretch marks.

Directions to use: Massage argan gently & deeply into skin twice per day to areas prone to stretch marks like waist, hips, thighs, arms, breasts & stomach. Continue for 2-3 months after baby delivery, weight loss or until skin seems to have regained full elasticity. Argan can also be used to treat & reduce the appearance of old stretch marks or other scars.

For extremely dry skin: massage nightly into hands or other affected area of skin. Apply soft cotton gloves or socks but do not impede blood circulation.
